Our firm has decided to show you how we can very scarily track your usage:
Please look at the screenshots below from our Admin's laptop:
1. We use a total of 10 unavoidable technologies which run on our website and cannot be blocked because it is used to provide our service or website to the User or to you, to track User behavior. This is just one tool: Better Replay which is freely available on Wix's App Market. If you look at 1st screenshot below, you can see a number of User sessions tracked, along with location, type of device used to access our website, time and date of access and duration (how long).
We can see many things, such as you/ User's IP Address, information provided by our partners such as Google or Facebook, such as age, gender, geographic location, etc. We chose not to share these screenshots with you because no other firm shares such information and also because we judged it is too frightening.
2. The entire session of the User is tracked, carefully stored and studied either digitally via our artificial intelligence tools, analytics tools or manually by our experts. If you look at screenshots, you can see, we can view whatever is typed or searched for by the User, what the User looks at, how long they browse, etc.
We use similar methods when performing high risk operations such as penetration testing, where we use Full Packet Capture to see what exactly our security researchers are doing to keep our clients safe.
